Booking & payment
How do I reserve my event date?
A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure your booking. Dates are reserved first come, first served, so we recommend booking early.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible, especially during graduation, wedding and holiday seasons, when dates fill up quickly.
When is the remaining balance due?
Final payment is usually due before delivery or setup, unless your invoice or agreement says otherwise.
What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?
Deposits are non-refundable because your date and inventory are reserved specifically for your event. Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, card, Zelle, Cash App and other approved electronic payments.
Can I get a custom quote?
Yes. Send us your event date, guest count, event location and the rentals you are interested in, and we will put together a personalized quote.
Delivery & setup
What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve El Paso, TX and surrounding areas, including Eastlake, Horizon City, Socorro and nearby communities. Delivery fees vary by location.
Do you offer delivery and setup?
Yes. We offer delivery, setup and pickup for most rentals. Setup fees depend on the items and your event location.
Do you set up tables and chairs?
We deliver tables and chairs clean and event-ready. Setup and breakdown are available for an additional fee.
Can rentals be used outdoors?
Yes, many of our rentals can be used outdoors. Please provide a safe, level area for setup.
Do you require power access?
Photo booths, AC units, coolers and lighting need an electrical outlet nearby.
What happens if rental items are damaged?
Customers are responsible for any damaged, missing or excessively dirty items during the rental period.

Weddings, quinceañeras, Sweet 16s, graduations, birthdays, baby showers, corporate events, school events, church events and private gatherings.
Do you offer custom balloon décor?
Yes. Our balloon décor is fully customizable to match your event colors and theme, including garlands, arches, shimmer walls and luxury installations.
Are your photo booths unlimited?
All of our photo booth packages include unlimited digital sharing. Unlimited prints are included with the Full Experience and Wedding & Quinceañera packages.
What is included with the Mirror Photo Booth?
Studio-style lighting, digital sharing, props, a personalized photo template, a professional attendant and an online gallery. Prints are included with select packages.
Do you offer package deals?
Yes. We offer bundle pricing when you combine rentals such as tables, chairs, linens, balloon décor, tents and photo booths.
